The Dating Pool App

General-Health
& Body-Shape Calculator

Instructions/Guide/Tips

All terms and definitions used on this page are created by us, based on our standards, for the services we provide through our websites, software, and apps for The Dating Pool App. This calculator is designed to provide the terms that would be assigned to you when you create an account for our service.

General Health - This represents the user's general health. It takes into account their body measurements and activity level. We use the body measurements to calculate the weight-to-height ratio and BMI. Neither of these is enough on their own, but when paired together with an honest activity level, will provide a fairly accurate assumption when it comes to overall health. These three varying attributes create twenty different terms. This calculator will not have an input for your activity level. We will assume the worst and leave it as no exercise. You can reference our chart to see what your General Health term would be if you had an increased activity level. General Health Diagram _ General Health Chart

Waist/Height Ratio = (Waist/Height)*100 _ There are six terms; Underweight, Slim, Ideal, Healthy, Overweight, and Obese. Males and Females have different requirements. Waist/Height Chart

BMI = (Weight*703)/Height/Height _ There are four terms: Underweight, Healthy, Overweight, Obese. Males and Females have different requirements. BMI Chart

Body Shape - This is calculated based on three body measurements; chest, waist, and hips. There are eight different body types; Hourglass, Slight-Hourglass, Top-Hourglass, Bottom-Hourglass, Rectangle, Round, Triangle, and Inverted Triangle. Body Shape Diagram
